cancellation policy
Art House Bed & Breakfast is a luxurious, boutique Villa. Because we have a limited number of rooms for guests, we are significantly affected by cancellations. Unfortunately we find it necessary to adhere to a strict cancellation policy. We suggest you purchase trip insurance if your travel plans are not firm.
One night stays are due in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
For longer bookings made more than 60 days in advance, guests will be charged 50% of the total price, which is non-refundable. The balance will be charged in full, 60 days prior to arrival date and is non-refundable.
Bookings made less than 60 days in advance of arrival date will be charged in full, which is non-refundable.
Fees for group bookings: 2 or more rooms, are due in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
