East Hampton Village and Amagansett are about 10 minutes away. Atlantic Ocean beaches are about 15 minutes away, while Sag Harbor Village and Montauk are about 20 minutes away. Restaurants, galleries, shops, cultural events and private homes throughout the area are all within easy reach.
A BEACH YOU CAN ACTUALLY WALK TO
One of the unusual pleasures of staying at Art House is having the Clearwater Bay beach approximately a five-minute walk from the property. There is no need to get in the car, search for parking or plan an excursion—just walk down the quiet neighborhood streets to the bay.
Access is reserved for members of the Clearwater Beach community and their guests, making it an exceptionally peaceful place to swim, walk the shoreline, watch the sunset or simply spend a quiet afternoon by the water.

FROM BAY TO OCEAN
For those who prefer the Atlantic, the ocean beaches of East Hampton are approximately 15 minutes away. Art House also provides guests with access to an East Hampton Village beach parking permit, covering the Village’s five ocean beaches:
Main Beach, Georgica Beach, Wiborg Beach, Egypt Beach and Two Mile Hollow Beach.
Spend the morning beside the quiet waters of the bay, the afternoon at the Atlantic, and return to Art House at the end of the day.
THE HAMPTONS IN EVERY DIRECTION
Head toward East Hampton Village or Amagansett for restaurants, shops, galleries and cultural events. Travel west toward historic Sag Harbor and its waterfront, or east toward Montauk and the end of Long Island.
